The AAA Northern Middleweight Championship is billed as a professional wrestling title promoted by AAA. It's more accurately a regional championship promoted by AAA affiliated promotion CANTU and only recognized on those shows.

The Tiger is the current champion. He defeated Hombre Sin Miedo on March 27, 2016 at the Arena Cuatro Caminos in Nuevo Laredo, Tamaulipas to win the championship.
