Profile

Arkangel de la Muerte picked that name to distance himself from another wrestler using the name Angel de la Muerte. He's commonly just called Arkangel; there are plenty of Angel luchadors, but only one Arkangel.

Arkangel is a long time CMLL midcarder. He's held both the CMLL and Mexican National Welterweight Championship, but wasn't strongly pushed when champion. He seems to be a guy they use to hold matches together, but isn't noteworthy on his own. Arkangel is or/was a member of Pandilla Guerrera; he teams with the other members, but hasn't been seen wearing the new team gear.

Formed his own group called Rebeldes del Desierto in early 2008. While the name changed a few times, the position of the group did not. Arkangel and his buddies are still second or third match guys who are usually entrusted with working with the young flyers to try and keep them in check.
