History of Championship
The (UN) United National Heavyweight Championship (original) was created in October 1970 by NWA president Sam Muchnick.
1989.04.18 - Unifies Jumbo Tsuruta's (NWA) International Heavyweight Championship with Stan Hansen's PWF Heavyweight Championship and United National Heavyweight Championship to create the AJPW Triple Crown Heavyweight Championship.
The United National Heavyweight Championship is now part of the AJPW Triple Crown Heavyweight Championship.
