Arturo Garza Rangel, better knowm as Flamante Turbo was a Mexicali based luchador since at least late 1980s, regarded as a great técnico. Trained by Príncipe Negro, from that generation came out Thunder Boy, Negro Azteca, Humilde, Killer Dog, El Traidor, and Guerrero Rojo. He held notable feuds with Charger and Angel Diablo. He wrestled at Arena Nacionalista, Arena Coliseo Mexicali, Arena Huracan Ramirez, and Auditorio de Tijuana.
