Los Monsters were a stable put together for the AAA show in Monterrey on February 6, 2001. They were comprised of:
- Tio Lucas - formerly El Brazo
- Fantasma De La Opera - the future Monster
- Franky - either Gigante Drako or a local wrestler from San Luis Potosi named Dr. Infierno
- Chucky (who didn't wear a mask for this role)
The stable was a one night sensation even though they lost their debut match by disqualification. After the show Antonio Pena made the decision to just continue with one Monster who ended up being of course... The Monster.
