Non noted title defense
I found this website in Spanish that says Lizmark defended the title against Américo Rocca at February 8 of 1981 in La Pista Arena Revolución. The title defense is not in the title history section. Check this.

Box Y Lucha 906's history piece on the world championships says this was actually to replace Jack Reynolds, who was middleweight champion and passed away in 1945.
