Magadan is one of CMLL's announcers, and the only one to appear on both the main/Televisa broadcast and the MVS/Guerreros del Ring shows. Magadan has been said to be an official CMLL employee, which would be in conflict with his Televisa employment and circumstantial evidence backs up the claims. Magadan has not addressed this situation.
