Current Champion
Defunct Championship. Konnan was the last champion.
History of Championship
The LAWA (Latin American Wrestling Association) championship was created in ACASA promotion in the 80's. It only appeared on ACASA TV Show tapings in Ciudad Juarez. It was the first championship Konnan and Eddie won in their careers.
Eddie Guerrero's championship was only two or three days long. Konnan won it back in a title versus mask match (Konnan's mask on the line). Ari Romero DDTed Eddie during the match to help Konnan won. The title was not mentioned after Konnan left Juarez.
