Started his career as the newest high flying sensation to hit AAA rings as Antonio Pena immediately dressed him up in an elaborate outfit and called him Rey Dragon. Went straight to main events and within a month of his debut won a hair match (even though both were masked) over Mosco De La Merced.
For some inexplicable reason, even though he received a lot of hype as Rey Dragon - Pena decided to change his name at Triplemania 1999 and call him Path Finder. He had pretty much the same outfit and the change seemed to backfire as nobody could understand the name. Magazines would call him "Faith Finder" or "Faith Fighter" before it was eventually cleared up on television. Even though he showed lots of potential inside the ring his push seemed to stall after the initial appearances. He only began making random appearances on television in midcard trios or atomicos matches. The one bright spot was the AAA tour of Japan in 2000 where he was the most popular wrestler and thus received a tour with the NOAH promotion in June of 2001. Sadly he was still a pretty green high-flyer at the time and his style completely looked out of place in NOAH. He did however participate in their tournament to crown the first GHC Jr. Champion and scored a shocking upset over KENTA in the first round. He returned to Mexico afterwards and was still on the road to nowhere.
However the Black Family were in search of a fourth member due to the serious injury suffered by Charly Manson so Pena decided to regimmick Path Finder as Ozz. The Path Finder gimmick was not scrapped though, it was kept around and given to various wrestlers over time - neither of whom could perform as well as Ozz. Ozz feuded with Path Finder in 2003-4 during the LLL tapings. With the Black Family Ozz's career took off. He ditched most of the high flying due to injuries to his knees and turned into an excellent base for various high like tecnicos. Participated in a memorable feud with Los Barrio Boys from 2003 to 2005 which produced some memorable matches. In 2007 he and El Cuervo became the first AAA World Tag Team Championship holders after winning a four-way final at the annual Rey De Reyes.
However recent times have not been as good to him and his group as they always had a spot high on the cards when Antonio Pena was alive but over the past couple of years have been directionless in the middle of the card. There were rumors Ozz would be pushed as a singles competitor in 2009 as he had singles matches with both Chessman and El Mesias but there was never any follow-up. In October 23 2011 in Tokyo, Japan, achieved a historic victory with Cuervo, when defeated The Great Muta & KENSO to win AJPW Tag Team Titles, becoming the first mexican wrestlers to do.
