Many luchadors have used the name Angel, or used the word as part of their name. This is by no means a complete list.

The El Ángel in AAA in the mid 2000s, and late in the indies, is the luchador also known as Oscar Sevilla. He would eventually lose ths mask in IWRG.
- an Nuevo Ángel appears to be related to Sevilla somehow; his outfit matches the original.

El Ángel (Jalisco, 2011) - a Guadalara lucahdor who made one appearance in Arena Coliseo Guadalajara and worked some Dantes Factory shows.
El Ángel (Jalisco, 1950s) - a regular in Plaza de Toros el Progreso, Guadalajara, Jalisco in 1955. Predates Ángel Blanco, may have spurred him to add the color to differentiate.

El Ángel (Tamaulipas) - a Reynosa based luchador, wrestling since the early 2000s.
