This is the multiperson submission hold also know as the Star or Row The Boat. Two attackers will grab the legs of two victims on the mat (each attacker will grab one leg of an attacker), causing the sort of star design of leg on the mats.
There's usually a little bit of space in the middle of this fight, enough for the third member of each team to finish the match with a 'rana or a submission hold.
