Arena Coliseo (usually) refers to CMLL's secondary Mexico City arena. It has a smaller capacity than Arena Mexico (6000), and is home to the smaller Tuesday and Sunday weekly shows. During the winter, when Arena Mexico is taken over by the circus and closed for repairs, Arena Coliseo also holds the weekly Friday show.
Arena Coliseo was opened on April 2nd, 1943.
Arena Coliseo can also refer to other arenas, as it's a common name. There are "Arena Coliseo"s in Guadalajara, Acapulco, Monterrey, and many others.
