The promotion held special events using independent luchadors. The Director General was announced as Angel Javier Alvarez Landa and the Director of Programming was Jose Maria Rios Garcia.
The promotion did not more than a couple of years, but promoted the match where Mascara Sagrada unmasked Fishman. It was infamous for announcing foreigners would appear without those foreigners' knowledge.
