The AKE Women's Championship is a professional wrestling women's championship promoted by Azteca Karate Extremo. It was established in 2016.

Baronessa is the current champion. She defeated Lady Lee on July 24, 2016 in the Arena Nacionalista of Mexicali, Baja California to win the title.
