A simple hold: the user applies pressure around his opponent's lower back. Typically used by heavyweights, and has been seen used by men like [[Mil Máscaras]] (who also used the [[Inverted Bearhug|inverted version]]) and [[Tinieblas]]. Relatively rare in the lucha sphere. It was originally more common in the US; however, it has declined even there due to its common association with immobile big men who work slow, boring matches. On a ''completely unrelated'' note, [[El Elegido]] uses this as his signature hold.
