[[El Mesias]] is the current champion, winning this championship from [[La Parka Jr.]] on [[August 19]], [[2007]]. This match was in the first round of the [[AAA World Heavyweight Tournament, 2007]], while already holding the [[IWC World Heavyweight Championship]].

== History of Championship ==
The title was created for the debut show of [[Juventud Guerrera|Juventud Guerrera's]] new promotion named [[GPCW]]. The idea was to run regular tapings for Japanese TV but shockingly the promotion only did one taping. The title however stuck around, seemed to be a regular part of the [[AAA]] championships (in other words, occasionally spoken about and rarely defended.) Mesias picked it up on August 2007, as part of his accumulation of the belts.
